Hangoa Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hangoa (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Hangoa, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please review them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

Hangoa helps users coordinate hangouts, discover potential venues, and schedule events based on availability and weather conditions. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

You may be required to provide a valid email address to participate in hangouts or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Data and Third-Party Services

Hangoa integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

Google Places API for venue and location data.
OpenWeather (or similar providers) for weather information.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that data provided through these services is subject to their respective terms and accuracy. Hangoa is not responsible for errors, availability, or downtime from these external APIs.

4. Event and Venue Information

Hangoa may suggest venues based on availability, weather, and user preferences. These suggestions are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for verifying details, suitability, and availability of any venue before finalizing an event.

5. User Content

You may input event names, descriptions, or other details into the App. You retain ownership of your content but grant Hangoa a non-exclusive license to process and display it within the App as needed to provide functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hangoa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of third-party data, or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangoa and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Effective Date” above.
